What the job involves

As a Planner you build and maintain the construction programme, then track progress against it - flagging delays before they become problems. You give the project team the clear, current picture of where the build is and where it is heading.

Develop and maintain the construction programme
Track progress against programme and report variances
Produce look-ahead programmes and progress reports
Identify and flag delays and their causes early
Support delay analysis and programme recovery
Work with site and commercial teams on sequencing

Who you are

Planning experience on comparable construction projects
Fluency with planning software such as Asta Powerproject or Primavera P6
A clear understanding of build sequences and methods
Strong analytical and reporting skills
A construction-related qualification preferred

Typical salary

£45,000 – £70,000
