What the job involves

As a Project Manager you own delivery of the whole scheme - the programme, the budget and the site team. You sit above the Site Manager and answer for the project as a whole, from mobilisation through to handover. This is a senior delivery appointment with housebuilders, developers and contractors.

Own the delivery of the whole scheme, from start on site to handover
Manage the programme, budget and site team
Coordinate the commercial, technical and site functions
Own health, safety and quality across the project
Manage client and stakeholder relationships
Report project performance to senior management

Who you are

Senior site or project management experience
Delivery of schemes of a comparable size and value
SMSTS, CSCS and a strong health and safety record
The ability to lead a full site team
Strong commercial and programme awareness

Typical salary

£65,000 – £90,000
