What the job involves

As a Site Manager you run the site - the build programme, quality, health and safety, and the subcontractors. You are answerable for delivering the homes to standard and on time, and you are the person the whole site looks to. This is one of the most in-demand roles in the sector and we place site managers with housebuilders and developers nationwide.

Run the day-to-day delivery of the site
Manage the build programme and keep it on track
Manage and coordinate subcontractors and trades
Own health, safety and environmental compliance on site
Carry out quality control, inspections and NHBC sign-off
Report progress to the Contracts or Project Manager

Who you are

A strong site management record on comparable schemes
SMSTS, a valid CSCS card and First Aid
The ability to run a site and its trades independently
A good understanding of building regulations and NHBC standards
Housebuilding or residential experience preferred

Typical salary

£50,000 – £65,000
